There's also that aspect of sea change that can happen or that is set off by the simplest human error. A scrape or a turn that can re-work the infrastructure of a law. Yet as they say, the more things change, the more they stay the same, and that is why we should always look out for ourselves amidst those car accidents, which may lead to a new yet unwanted path into ours.
